XF-80 Royal Light Gray is the pale, cool matt grey that finishes a British scheme properly — the light underside and low-visibility tone worn by Royal Navy and RAF aircraft. Clean, subtle coverage that doesn't need three coats to look right.

Best for

• Royal Navy and RAF aircraft undersides
• Light undersides and low-visibility camouflage schemes
• Brush or airbrush application, thinned with Tamiya X-20A

Lay it down on the underside and it's instantly recognisable as a British scheme — pair it with the correct upper-surface tone and the model reads correctly from every angle.

10ml glass jar, water-soluble. Keep Tamiya X-20A thinner on the bench, and consider XF-86 Flat Clear once decals are down.
