This kit is based on an LMS design 12 Ton Box Van. The kit depicts a van with fitted brakes and clasp brakes acting on all wheels. This design has Plywood boarding on all sides with side bracing and a single sliding door on both sides.
The model includes kinematic coupling mechanisms and NEM pockets*.
*3mm version does not include the kinematic coupling or NEM pocket
Model fits UK Eras 4 - 6 (operating) and Eras 7 - 11 (preservation)
Requires:
2 x TT120 or 3mm gauge axles
2 x NEM pocket compatible couplings to complete*
2 x 1.5mm diameter x 8mm long extension springs made of 0.2mm dia wire
6x M1.4 x 3mm Screws
Suitable Wheel Sets:
TT120: Tillig 08819 8mm diameter wheels
3mm: 3mm Society AG001 or AG002 wheels and SD091 Bearings
Wagons are sold Unpainted and Unassembled, Wheel sets springs, screws and Couplings are NOT included.
Where possible clearances have been included to aid assembly
Please Read through the Instructions and dry assemble the model prior to gluing together.
Product is supplied as a unpainted 3D printed item, supplied in resin, ready to be painted with acrylic or enamel paints and may need some sanding and filling
