Comes ready assembled. Simply screw on a standard drinks bottle, most 500ml upwards with a screw cap will fit, then turn upside down and run along your rails.

Incorporates a rotating isolation valve so once you're done simply turn to the off position and lift up, no more ballast pouring out!
